Because of the mystery nature of our products:
- All sales are generally final and non-refundable
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or dissatisfaction with contents
- Each box is unique and cannot be exchanged for another
3. Damaged or Missing Items
We carefully pack every order, but issues may occasionally occur during shipping. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- Items arrive damaged
- Items are missing from your box
- You received the wrong order
